Return and Exchange Policy

At Nexoo Clothing, we want you to love what you wear! If your new outfit isn’t a perfect fit or exactly what you expected, we are here to help make it right. Please review our policy below for hassle-free returns and exchanges.

The 14-Day Policy Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date your package was delivered. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Tags: All original Nexoo Clothing tags must still be securely attached.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons and undergarments sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

1.Start Your Request:

Email our support team at support@nexooclothing.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return or exchange (Wrong size, Item damaged).

2.Prepare Your Package:

Once approved, place the items securely back in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number inside.

3.Ship It Back:

Drop the package off at your nearest postal carrier. (Note: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs).

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned clothing, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Timeline: The credit will automatically apply to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If we sent you the wrong size/style or if an item arrived defective, we are so sorry! Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nexooclothing.com with a quick photo of the issue, and we will ship out a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
